Our website makes it easy for you to place your order anytime day or night. Once you have browsed and shopped, just click “check out” from your shopping cart and follow the instructions on each check-out page.

Spoken Tokens® solely uses PayPal, the trusted leader in online payments. Spoken Tokens® has a strict corporate policy that we will not retain your credit card information on the website after your card has been authorized. Your personal information is closely guarded and we adhere to the highest internet eCommerce security standards.

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation page that includes your order number. We strongly suggest you print this page for your records. You will also receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided on your order. This is to assure you that your order is in our queue for processing.

Shipping & Handling

Standard Delivery:
We use a standard shipping and handling charge through the United States Postal Service of $8.00.

Shipping Time Line:
Orders generally ship within 24 hours, Monday-Friday.

Standard delivery orders should arrive at their destination approximately 5 - 7 business days from the date the order is received in our system, pending credit card authorization of your order.

AK, HI, PR and US Territories expect delivery in approximately 7 business days to 2 weeks.

At this time, Gumption Enterprises, LLC only ships within the United States, Puerto Rico and The Virgin Islands. APO/FPO, P. O. Boxes and International orders cannot be accepted.

Sales Tax:
Sales tax of 7.0% will automatically be charged on the merchandise in all states and US Territories.

Exchanges & Returns Policy

Returns and Exchanges:
Gumption Enterprises, LLC is not responsible for damage or misuse to the product by the customer. However, if you are not satisfied with your Spoken Tokens® order, return your item for a prompt and courteous replacement or refund. Items must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date.

Return the product with shipping prepaid. We regret that shipping charges are not refundable. With your return please include the following information:

  • Your packing slip from the original order
  • Reason for return
  • Email address
  • Contact Number
  • Requesting a refund or replacement order

Orders FAQ

Can I order via Telephone?
At the present time, orders cannot be placed via telephone

Can I email you my order?
DO NOT place any orders via email. Email is NOT secure and you are putting your credit card information and personal identity at risk.

Do I need to register to place an order?
No. Spoken Tokens® will never require you to register with our website in order to complete an order. You will reach a page after you click the “checkout” button that will ask you for your information in order to complete your order.

Can I get a Spoken Token heart wet?
The electronics of the Spoken Tokens® are not designed to get wet. Therefore, do not get your heart token wet and do not submerge in water. Gumption Enterprises, LLC is not responsible for damage or misuse to the product by the customer.

Why am I being charged sales tax of 7.0%?
All taxable sales are consummated in Ohio.
